The style of the end result also reflects the colourful and vibrant vision the couple had. We used warm greens alongside handle-less oak veneer on the flat-fronted cabinets. Topped with a quartz worktop, we also added powder-coated steel frameworks to the central island to create an eclectic, characterful space.

Functionally, Katia and Ian wanted to maximise storage, so we elegantly and discreetly placed drawers everywhere we could. And then, there’s the BBQ. Extraction was a challenge, but we found a way to run this from the centre of the house without effecting the look and feel. we are so proud of this project, and we know Ian and Katia are too, they have since invited us to apply our skills to three bathrooms, two bedrooms, an office and a utility room.
